1. The cottage can only accommodate a maximum of 6 people (including children).

2. The check-in time is from 5 p.m. and the check-out time no laterthan 10 a.m.

3. You are allowed to make noise until 10 p.m. and with respect for other hosts and neighbors. Please let us know for a particular event (birthday, etc.) if you are likely to make noise after this time in order to warn those around you.

4. Smoking is not allowedi nside the gites. Please put your butts in the pots installed outside for this purpose.

5. For garbage cans; black bags are provided for foodwaste and yellow bags for recyclable waste (plastic bottles, cannedfood, cardboard, etc.). These are to beplaced in the bin next to the gate. For glass; thereis a container 400m from the gites when you exit to the right towards the village.

6. You are obliged to sleep with bedsheets. Sheets and towels not reserved in advance can be provided upon arrival and this supplement payable in advance. Sheets: € 10 / person, towel: € 5, teatowelsupplement: € 5

7. The jacuzzi area is a paying option of € 10 / person for one hour and must be reserved well in advance with the owner.

8. In winter, the abuse of consumption of electriche ating maybe subject to additional charges payable by you.

9. He asked you to respect the neighborhood, the places, the equipment at your disposal (in the cottage, terrace and garden). Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

10. He asked you to kindly turn off lights and electrical appliances when you leave the cottage.

11. Please notify us of any malfunction of defective equipment or furniture.

12. If you booked through booking, a deposit of 400 € will be requested on your arrival by check or cash and returned on your departure in the event of any damage noted.

13. One vehicle per cottage is authorized to park on the property. The other vehicles must beparked on the street.

14. Pets are not accepted.

15. Children are under the supervision and responsibility of their parents.

16. The owner cannot be held responsible for the personal effects of residents that are stolen or damaged.

In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the owner may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after already warning by the owner to comply with them, the latter may terminate the rental without the resident being able to claim the amount in proportion to the unused rented period.
